How to Print Stock Labels

Use this feature to create and print professional labels for your stock. You can customize the label design, sticker size, and displayed information before printing, making inventory management faster and more organized.

Step 1: Open the Label Section

1.Open your Phoneo Dashboard.
2.Tap the Menu (☰) button.
3.Tap Labels.

Step 2: Select Stock

1.Tap Add Item.
2.Select the stock you want to print labels for.

You can choose from:

Used Phones
New Phones
Other Items / Accessories

Note

You can print labels for only one stock type at a time (Used, New, or Other).
You can select multiple items of the same stock type in a single session.

Step 3: Create Labels

After selecting your items, tap Proceed to Create Label.

Proceed to Create 6 Labels button highlighted at the bottom of the Phoneo label screen — Tap Proceed to Create Label to continue.

Step 4: Choose a Label Design

Swipe left or right to browse different label designs.

Choose the design that best suits your business requirements.

Step 5: Select Label Size

Under Size, choose the sticker size you want to print.

Select Size list in Phoneo with the default Thermal Roll 50 mm by 30 mm option highlighted — The default sticker size is 50 mm × 30 mm — pick another supported size if you need one.

Default size: 50 mm × 30 mm
You can change it to another supported size if required.

Step 6: Customize Your Label

1.Tap the Settings icon.
2.Select the information you want to display.
3.Tap Apply to save your customization.

Step 7: Download or Print

You have two options:

Download the labels for printing later.
Connect your label printer and print the labels directly.

Step 8: Print Your Labels

1.Load the sticker roll into your label printer.
2.Print your customized labels.
3.Attach the printed labels to your products.
