Write to us at support@phoneo.in. Include your shop name and the mobile number you sign in with, so we can find your account.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep, such as invoices, stock and customer records, before you send the request.

What we may keep
Some data may be kept where the law requires us to.
Inactive accounts
After 6 months without use, public shop data may be removed. After 12 months, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
Your other choices
You can also ask to see, correct or update your data, or withdraw consent for optional permissions. Write to the same address.
