Introduction

Welcome to Phoneo Seller ("Phoneo", "we", "our", "us"), a SaaS platform designed for mobile shop owners to manage billing, inventory, CRM, and digital storefront. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Service

Phoneo is a software platform (SaaS) that provides billing and invoicing (GST and Non-GST), inventory and IMEI tracking, customer management (CRM), sales and profit reports, online storefront and QR visibility, and multi-user staff access.

Phoneo does NOT act as a buyer or seller in any transaction and does NOT own inventory or products.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate business information, and you are solely responsible for your account activity.

Account Responsibility

You must keep your login credentials secure. Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility. You must notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized access.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Phoneo for illegal activities, upload fake or misleading data, misuse IMEI tracking or customer data, or attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system.

Payments & Subscription

Phoneo may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Subscription charges are refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of recharge and will be processed only for valid and genuine requests. After 30 days, no refund will be applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time. Phoneo may change pricing with prior notice and reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests in cases of misuse, policy violation, or suspicious activity.

Phoneo does NOT handle payments between buyers and sellers using the platform.

Data Protection

All data is encrypted and securely stored. Role-based access control is implemented. Phoneo does NOT sell user data.

Platform Limitation

Phoneo does NOT guarantee sales or profit, does NOT verify every product listing, and is NOT responsible for customer disputes. Users must independently verify all transactions.

Limitation of Liability

Phoneo is not liable for business losses, data loss due to user negligence, transaction disputes, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Account Suspension / Termination

Phoneo may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or system misuse occurs.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high uptime; however, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, and branding belong to Phoneo. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by the laws of India and comply with all applicable regulations.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to arbitration under Indian jurisdiction.

AI & Data Usage

Phoneo may use non-personal, business-related data such as product details, pricing, and inventory information in aggregated form to improve system performance.

Phoneo does NOT use personal customer data such as name, phone number, or address for AI or analytics purposes.

Data Retention & Account Inactivity

If a user account remains inactive, Phoneo may remove publicly visible data after 6 months and permanently delete all associated data after 12 months.

Users are responsible for maintaining activity or backing up their data. Phoneo shall not be liable for any data loss due to inactivity. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of this policy.

Changes to Terms

Phoneo may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
