How to Create Staff Login in Phoneo | Staff Mode & Access Control Tutorial

This tutorial explains how to use Staff Mode in Phoneo Mobile Shop Software and create staff login accounts for your shop employees. Phoneo allows mobile shop owners to create separate staff logins so employees can use the software while the owner keeps full control of access and permissions. In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a new staff login using the staff member’s phone number and a unique staff code. Once the staff account is created, the owner can control which features the staff member can access by turning feature toggles on or off from the main admin account. This means the shop owner can decide which functions staff members are allowed to use, such as inventory management, billing, purchases, or other features. Multiple staff logins can be created, and each staff member can have different access permissions. All staff activities are managed and monitored from the owner’s main account, allowing the owner to track sales, purchases, and daily actions performed by each staff member. Phoneo Staff Mode helps mobile shop owners manage employees easily without additional cost or complicated systems while keeping full control of the business.
