Edit & Customize Invoice – Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Invoice Settings

1. Open the generated invoice.
2. Tap the Settings icon (bottom-right corner).

Step 2: Edit Invoice Details

1. Update Tax settings.
2. Add or edit your GST number.
3. Edit customer details (name, number, address, GST, email).
4. Update store information.
5. Modify item details.
6. Add notes if needed.

Step 3: Customize Design

1. Choose invoice design template.
2. Enable or disable Store Logo.
3. Enable or disable QR Code.

Step 4: Update Invoice Settings

1. Go to Invoice Settings.
2. Update the following:
• Store Logo
• Tagline
• Terms & Conditions
• Invoice Number Format
• Your Shop’s GST Number
3. Tap Save after making changes.

Step 5: Apply Changes

Tap Apply to reflect all changes instantly on your invoice.
